1. Information we collect
We collect the details you give us (name, email, billing information), the files and instructions you upload, and basic usage data such as IP address and browser type.

3. Your files
Your files are used only to complete your order. We do not publish, sell or share them, and we do not use them to train AI models. Files are transferred over encrypted connections and deleted from our systems 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (payment processors, cloud storage, email) or when required by law. We never sell personal information.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Email us to make a request.

1. Services
ToneMood provides digital photo editing, virtual staging, video editing and 3D visualization services. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Your content and ownership
You keep all rights to your files and the edited versions. You confirm that you own or have permission to edit every file you upload, including permission from people pictured where required.
3. Orders and turnaround
Typical turnaround is 8 to 12 hours for standard orders. Large batches and complex edits may take longer, and we will confirm the timeline before we begin.
4. Payment
Prices are in USD. Payment is due on approval of the quote, or on the invoice terms agreed for monthly accounts. Taxes may apply.
5. Revisions and refunds
Revisions that follow your original instructions are free. If we cannot deliver work that meets your instructions after revisions, you may request a refund for the affected items within 14 days of delivery.
6. Real estate disclosure
Virtual staging, renovation and other edits must not mislead buyers. You are responsible for following MLS and local disclosure rules, such as labeling virtually staged images, and for not hiding damage or altering fixed features of a property.
7. Acceptable use
You may not submit illegal content, content that exploits minors, or images edited to deceive in ways that cause harm. We may decline any order at our discretion.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Always keep a copy of your original files.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered.
